§ 91.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.
   (B)   The violation of any provision of §§ 91.01 through 91.07 relating to the maintaining of a public nuisance as described herein or in permitting or allowing such public nuisance to exist shall be punished by a fine not exceeding $200 and each day’s violation thereof shall be and is hereby ordered declared to be a distinct and separate offense and punishable as such.
   (C)   (1)   Any person who shall violate a provision of §§ 91.20 through 91.24 or who fails to comply therewith or with any of the requirements thereof, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of not more than $200. Each such person shall be deemed guilty of a separate offense of each and every day or portion thereof during which any violation of §§ 91.20 through 91.24 is committed or continued, and upon such conviction of any such violation, such person shall be punished within the limits provided above.
      (2)   The imposition of the penalties herein prescribed shall not preclude the Attorney for the city from instituting an appropriate action or proceeding to prevent any unlawful accumulation of an unsanitary condition or an action to restrain, correct or abate a violation of §§ 91.20 through 91.24.
