§ 91.01 DEFINITIONS.

   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.

   CITY. The City of Lindsay, Texas.

   JUNKED VEHICLE. Any vehicle which does not have lawfully affixed thereto a valid unexpired Texas license plate or plates and a valid Texas Department of Public Safety motor vehicle inspection certificate, and the condition of which is one or more of the following:

      (1)   Wrecked;

      (2)   Partially or wholly dismantled;

      (3)   Inoperative for more than 72 hours if on public property or 30 consecutive days if on personal property, abandoned or discarded; and/or

      (4)   Not within an enclosed building.

   PERSON. Any individual, firm, partnership, association, corporation, company or organization of any kind.
