(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.
(B) Any person who violates any portion of § 71.01 is guilty of a misdemeanor and shall upon conviction be subject to a fine of not more than $200. Each incident that violates § 71.01 shall be considered a separate offense.
(C) Any violation of any provision of §§ 71.15 and 71.16 shall be punishable by a fine not to exceed $500.
