§ 71.15 PARKING ON PUBLIC ROADWAYS.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person to leave an unattended vehicle or other private property standing or parked in a public street, alley or other public place, including the right-of-way of any street or alley, for a continuous period of time longer than 72 hours.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any person to park any boat trailer, stock trailer, recreational vehicle (RVs) or any other vehicle unable to operate under its own power on any public street or roadway, including the right-of-way of any street or alley, within the municipality for a continuous period of time longer than 72 hours.
