§ 52.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.
   (B)   (1)   A person who violates any provision of §§ 52.01 through 52.22 is guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction is punishable as set forth in §§ 52.01 through 52.22 by a fine not to exceed the sum of $2,000 for each act of violation and for each day or part of a day during which the violation is committed, continued or permitted.
      (2)   In addition to proceeding under the authority of §§ 52.01 through 52.22, the city is entitled to pursue all other criminal and civil remedies to which it is entitled under authority of statutes or other ordinances against a person committing any violation of §§ 52.01 through 52.22, including injunction and civil penalties.
   (C)   Any violation of §§ 52.35 through 52.42, or any part thereof, shall be punishable by a fine not to exceed $2,000.
   (D)   Any person, firm or corporation found to have violated the terms and provisions of § 52.55 shall be fined the sum of $500, and each day of violation shall constitute a separate offense under § 52.55.
