§ 52.41 VIOLATIONS.

Any sewer line stoppage, damage or restriction of flow caused by an illegal discharge shall be considered a violation of this subchapter and the person or persons responsible will be held liable. Any operation of a food establishment not in compliance with this subchapter shall be a violation of this subchapter.
