§ 52.39 SUSPENSION OF PERMIT.
   If the designated employee or representative of the city shall find any grease traps (interceptors) to be in such a condition as to constitute a potential hazard to public health, that employee or representative shall notify the City or County Health Officer who shall suspend the food establishment’s permit. Such suspension shall exist until such time as the grease trap (interceptor) has been corrected and approved by the city employee or representative.
