§ 52.09 RESIDENTIAL SERVICE CONNECTIONS.
   Any person who owns or controls any residential property which has been determined to have an actual or potential cross-connection will be required to eliminate the actual or potential cross-connection or have an approved backflow assembly installed in accordance with this subchapter.
