(A) The Village Board does hereby establish that the sewer lateral installation charge for all residential, commercial, and industrial users connecting to the public sewer shall be a fee of $600.
(B) Subdivision developers shall be responsible, where the main extension has been approved by the Utility, for the sewer service lateral installation costs from the main through the curb stop and box.
(C) The initial sewer lateral, not installed as part of a subdivision development or an assessable utility extension, will be installed from the main through the curb stop and box by the Utility.
