§ 38.02 SUBORDINATE POLICE OFFICERS.
   (A)   All regular full time and regular part time subordinate police officers shall be appointed by the Village Board upon recommendation by the Chief of Police.
   (B)   All casual and/or limited term subordinate police officers shall be appointed by the Village Board upon recommendation by the Chief of Police.
   (C)   All officers shall be certified by the Wisconsin Law Enforcement Standards Board.
