§ 154.999 PENALTY.
   Any person who violates this chapter shall be subject to forfeiture or not more than $200, plus the costs of prosecution, or by imprisonment in the county jail for a term of not more than 30 days, or until such judgment is paid. Every day of violation shall be a separate offense.
