§ 154.038 PUBLIC DISTRICT; P.

   The P District is intended to provide for public spaces and municipal facilities and services.

   (A)   Permitted uses are:

      (1)   Public parks and playgrounds;

      (2)   Cemeteries;

      (3)   Water towers and appurtenant facilities;

      (4)   Storm drainage facilities;

      (5)   Wastewater treatment plants and appurtenant facilities; and

      (6)   Other above-ground public utility facilities and installations necessary to provide essential municipal services.

   (B)   Specifications for the P Zoning District.
