§ 154.033 MULTIPLE-FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT; R-2.
   The R-2 District is intended to provide a living area that is pleasant, but not as spacious as the R-1 District.
   (A)   Permitted uses.
       (1)   Any use permitted in the R-1 District.
      (2)   Two-family dwelling units.
      (3)   Charitable institutions, rest homes, and private, nonprofit clubs and lodges.
      (4)   Rooms for up to four paying guests or boarders.
   (B)   Uses authorized by conditional permits.
      (1)   Home occupations.
      (2)   Multi-family dwellings.
      (3)   Telephone, telegraph, and power transmission towers, poles and lines, relay and repeater stations, equipment housing and other necessary appurtenant equipment and structures.
      (4)   Hospitals.
      (5)   Colleges and vocational schools.
      (6)   Public museums.
      (7)   Art galleries.
      (8)   Medical and dental clinics.
      (9)   Mobile home courts as provided under the provisions of § 154.37 of this chapter.
   (C)   Specifications for the R-2 Zoning District.

Principal building: 8 feet on a side; on corner lots three shall be a minimum of 12 feet on the side toward the street. Accessory building: 8 feet on each side
