§ 33.03 SUBSTITUTION FOR TREASURER’S BOND.
   (A)   The Village selects not to give the bond on the municipal Clerk-Treasurer provided by Wis. Stats. § 70.67(1).
   (B)   Pursuant to Wis. Stats. § 70.67(2), the village shall be obligated to pay, in case the Clerk- Treasurer thereof shall fail so to do, all taxes of any kind required by law to be paid by such Treasurer to the County Treasurer.
   (C)   The Village Clerk-Treasurer shall forewith file a certified copy of the ordinance with the County Treasurer.
