§ 154.008 EXCESSIVE HEIGHT PERMITTED.

Heights of the following structures may exceed chapter limits for the district in which it is located with approval of the village; cooling towers, penthouses, stacks, lookout towers, silos, windmills, water towers, spires, radio and television aerials, masts, antennae and necessary mechanical appurtenances.
