§ 154.005 ACCESSORY BUILDINGS.
    Accessory buildings shall not occupy more than 30% of the required area for the rear yard. Any accessory building projected forward of the rear building line of the principal building shall satisfy the same side yard requirements as the principal building. Accessory buildings are prohibited within the front yard setback.
