§ 154.003 AFTER ADOPTION.

No lot area shall be so reduced that the dimensions and yard requirements imposed by this chapter cannot be met. However, where existing lots do not satisfy such requirements, the Board of Appeals (as provided for in a succeeding section of this chapter) may grant a variance.
