§ 153.086 FEE IN LIEU OF DEDICATION.
   Where, in the sole discretion of the Village Board, there is not land suitable for parks within the proposed subdivision, the dedication of land is not feasible, the dedication of land would not be compatible with the village master plan, or the Village Board determines that a cash contribution will better service the public interest, the Village Board may require the subdivider to pay a fee in lieu of making the required land dedication.
