§ 153.053 INSPECTION.

All construction shall be subject to inspection, as designated by the Village Board. The cost of the inspection of construction undertaken by the village shall be included in the cost of construction. The cost of inspection on construction undertaken by the subdivider shall be charged to the subdivider.
