§ 153.021 PRELIMINARY MEETING.
   Before filing a preliminary plat, the subdivider is encouraged to consult with the Plan Commission and the Village Board for advice regarding general requirements affecting the proposed development. A sketch of the proposed subdivision drawn on a topographic survey map should be submitted. The subdivider should also submit a location map showing the relationship of the proposed subdivision to traffic arteries and existing community facilities.
