§ 32.02 BOARD OF APPEALS.
   The Board of Appeals shall consist of the Village President and four members appointed by the Village President and subject to confirmation by a majority of the Village Board according to the terms and conditions of Wis. Stats. § 62.23(7), who shall have those powers and duties as provided by Wis. Stats. § 62.23 and any ordinance.
