§ 31.34 OTHER APPOINTED OFFICIALS.
   The Board may from time to time create offices by appointment of the President subject to confirmation of the Village Board if it deems this to be in the best interest of the village; the same to continue in existence for a period of one year from date of creation. Any such officer shall have the powers and duties as are provided by the direction of the Village Board.
