§ 31.33 CLERK-TREASURER.

Pursuant to Wis. Stats. §§ 61.195 and 66.0101, the village elects to consolidate the offices of Clerk and Treasurer. The Clerk-Treasurer shall exercise the powers and duties of Village Clerk and Village Treasurer as required by Wisconsin Statutes, by any ordinance, or other direction of the Village Board.
