At the time of application for a zoning and building permit, the applicant shall pay to the Village Clerk/Treasurer fees for administrative costs of the village and for building, plumbing and heating and electrical permits as established by resolution of the Village Board and posted in the office of the Village Clerk. Plan review fees shall be paid to the Village Clerk/Treasurer when determined by the Building Inspector upon review of plans. If work is commenced prior to issuance of a permit, double fees shall be charged.
