(A) Any person who shall violate § 130.01 of this code shall, upon conviction, be subject to a forfeiture of not less than $25 nor more than $100 for each offense.

(B) Except as provided in the Children’s Code (Wis. Stats. Chapter 48) with respect to minors, any person found guilty of violating §§ 130.15 through 130.18 of this code of ordinances, upon the first conviction, shall forfeit not less than $20 nor more than $100, and for each subsequent conviction shall forfeit not less than $50 nor more than $200. Each person convicted also shall pay the costs of prosecution and, in default of payment of the forfeiture and costs, shall be imprisoned in the County Jail until the forfeiture and costs of prosecution are paid, but not to exceed six months.
