§ 130.25 STATE STATUTES ADOPTED.
   The following statutes following the prefix “130" defining offenses against the peace and good order of the state are adopted by reference to define offenses against the peace and good order of the village,
provided the penalty for commission of such offenses hereunder shall be limited to a forfeiture imposed under § 35.03 of this code.
   (A)   130.940.19 Battery. Any person who shall violate Wis. Stats. § 940.19(1) shall, upon conviction, forfeit not less than $10 nor more than $200.
   (B)   130.941.20 Endangering safety by use of a dangerous weapon. Any person who shall violate Wis. Stats. § 941.20(1) shall, upon conviction, forfeit not less than $10 nor more than $200.
   (C)   130.941.23 Carrying concealed weapon. Any person who shall violate Wis. Stats. § 941.23(2) shall, upon conviction, forfeit not less than $10 nor more than $200.
   (D)   130.943.01 Damage to property. Any person who shall violate Wis. Stats. § 943.01(1) shall, upon conviction, forfeit not less than $10 nor more than $200. Any person who shall violate Wis. Stats. § 943.01(2) shall, upon conviction, forfeit not less than $50 nor more than $1,000.
   (E)   130.943.017 Graffiti. Any person who shall violate Wis. Stats. § 943.017 shall, upon conviction, forfeit not less than $20 nor more than $100.
   (F)   130.943.13 Criminal trespass to land. Any person who shall violate Wis. Stats. § 943.13 shall, upon conviction, forfeit not less than $5 nor more than $50.
   (G)   130.943.14 Criminal trespass to dwellings. Any person who shall violate Wis. Stats. § 943.14 shall, upon conviction, forfeit not less than $20 nor more than $200.
   (H)   130.943.15 Entry onto construction site or into a locked building, dwelling or room. Any person who shall violate Wis. Stats. § 943.15 shall, upon conviction, forfeit not less than $20 nor more than $200.
   (I)   130.943.20 Theft. Forfeitures for violation of Wis. Stats. § 943.20 shall be as follows:
      (1)   If the value of the property does not exceed $2,500 the forfeiture shall be not less than $20 nor more than $200.
      (2)   If the value of the property exceeds $2,500 but not more than $5,000 the forfeiture shall be not less than $50 nor more than $5,000.
      (3)   If the value of the property exceeds $5,000, the forfeiture shall be not less than $250 nor more than $5,000.
   (J)   130.943.50 Retail theft. Any person who shall violate Wis. Stats. § 943.50 shall, upon conviction, forfeit the amounts shown as follows:
      (1)   If the value of the merchandise does not exceed $2,500, a fine of not less than $20 nor more than $200.
      (2)   If the value of the merchandise exceeds $2,500 but not $5,000, a fine of not less than $50 nor more than $5,000.
      (3)   If the value of the merchandise exceeds $5,000, a fine of not less than $250 nor more than $5,000.
   (K)   130.946.41 Resisting or obstructing officer. Any person who shall violate Wis. Stats. § 946.41 shall, upon conviction, forfeit not less than $25 nor more than $500.
