§ 112.99 PENALTY.
   Any entity who violates any provision of this chapter shall be subject to a forfeiture not to exceed $50 for each day the violation continues, together with the costs of prosecution, and in default of payment of that penalty, shall be imprisoned in the County Jail for a period not to exceed 90 days.
