§ 110.99 PENALTY.

The penalty for violation of any of the provisions of this chapter for which no penalty is provided under Wis. Stats. Ch. 125 shall be a penalty as provided in § 10.99 of this Code, provided that no penalty imposed shall exceed the maximum allowed by Wis. Stats. § 125.07(1)(b) and 125.11(1).
