The prohibitions, provisions, exceptions and penalties set forth in the following Wisconsin Statutes, as from time to time amended, are hereby adopted and by reference made part of the ordinances of the village as if fully set forth herein:
(A) Wis. Stats. § 125.07: Underage and intoxicated persons; presence on licensed premises; possession; penalties.
(B) Wis. Stats. § 125.075: Injury or death by providing alcohol beverage to a minor.
(C) Wis. Stats. § 125.085: Proof of age.
(D) Wis. Stats. § 125.09: General restrictions.
