§ 110.01 STATE STATUTES ADOPTED.

The provisions of Wis. Stats. Chapter 125 relating to the sale of intoxicating liquor and fermented malt beverages are hereby adopted and made a part of this code of ordinances by reference. All terms defined in Wis. Stats. § 125.02 shall be accorded their statutory meaning when used herein, unless otherwise provided.
