§ 30.22 COMMITTEE CHAIRPERSONS; DESIGNATION.
   The President shall designate the chairpersons of all standing committees. He or she shall appoint all special committees and designate the chairperson of each. All committee appointments except designations of chairpersons shall be subject to confirmation by a majority vote of the Board.
