§ 96.01 DEFINITION.
For the purpose of this chapter the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   MATERIALS . Shall not include recyclables, tires, petroleum products, diapers, roofing material and any painted wood that would contain lead paint.
