The President of the Village shall annually appoint a committee to be known as the Cemetery Board which committee shall be composed of three members of the Village Board. The Cemetery Board shall exercise all the powers created by Wis. Stats. Chapter 157. The Village Clerk-Treasurer shall be an ex- officio member of the Cemetery Board and shall keep a record of all of the minutes of the meetings of the Board, file claims against the estates of deceased persons for cemetery assessments and perpetual care funds, keep complete records of the finances of the cemetery and cause to be filed with the County Court, annually, proper reports of the financial condition of the cemetery and of the perpetual care fund, and perform other duties as the Board may, from time to time, order.
