(A) All fees and charges as outlined in the current schedule of fees and charges are payable at the office of the Village Clerk-Treasurer, within five days after a burial, where receipts will be issued for the amounts paid.
(B) A schedule of fees and charges, as approved by the Village Board, shall be on file in the office of the Village Clerk-Treasurer. The schedule may be amended from time to time as determined by the Village Board.
(C) The village cemetery trust fund shall be managed in accordance with Wis. Stats. Chapter 881.
(D) Persons or funeral homes with unpaid fees and charges owing to the village in excess of 30 days shall not be permitted to conduct interments until the delinquent fees and charges are paid in full.
