(A) Any person, firm, or corporation violating any provision of this chapter for which no other penalty is provided shall be subject to § 10.99.
(B) Any person, firm, or corporation violating any provision of §§ 94.01 through 94.03 or 94.15 through 94.22 of this code shall, upon conviction thereof, be punished by a forfeiture of not less than $10 nor more than $50, and in default of payment thereof, shall be imprisoned in the County Jail until the fine and costs are paid, but not to exceed 30 days. Each day that a violation of these provisions is allowed to exist shall constitute a separate offense.
