Every person convicted of any violation of this chapter shall be subject to a forfeiture of not less than $50 nor more than $200 for each violation, or upon failure to pay shall be imprisoned in the County Jail not to exceed 30 days. In addition to this forfeiture, the violator shall make full restitution for any damage done to the park areas or facilities, including natural objects.
