§ 93.01 PARK MANAGEMENT AND REGULATION.

The Park Board shall be responsible for the day-to-day management of village parks in accordance with the rules provided in this chapter and policies established by the Village Board. The Village Board also shall have and exercise certain authority in the regulation of village parks, as provided herein. The authority and responsibility provided in this chapter may be delegated by the Park Board or Village Board to one or more members of those boards.
