§ 51.99 PENALTY.

Any person who shall continue any violation of this chapter beyond the time limit provided for in § 51.73 shall, upon conviction thereof, pay a forfeiture in the amount of less than $50 and not more than $1,000 for each violation. Each day in which any such violation shall continue shall be deemed a separate offense.
