(A) The term of office for each appointed member shall be 4 years except for any lesser term as provided in division (B) of this section and shall end with April 30 in the year in which the term of office expires or until their successor is appointed.
(B) For the term starting in May of 2003, 2 members shall be appointed for 4 year terms and 2 members shall be appointed for 1 year terms and for the term starting in May of 2005, 2 members shall be appointed for 4 year terms and 1 member shall be appointed for a 1 year term.
(C) As of May 9, 2011, the term of each member of the plan commission serving concurrently on the zoning board of appeals shall be that term for which the member is appointed to the zoning board of appeals pursuant to § 32.40 of this chapter.
