§ 150.04 DRIVEWAYS AND SIDEWALKS.
All single-family residential driveways in the Village, other than residences with 3 car garages, shall be no wider than 22 feet at the curb (or edge of roadway pavement if there is no curb), no wider than 22 feet at the right-of-way line and no wider than 28 feet at any point on the property measured perpendicular to the flow of traffic accessing the driveway. Driveways for single-family residences with attached 3 car garages shall be no wider than 22 feet at the curb (or edge of roadway if there is no curb), no wider than 22 feet at the right-of-way line and no wider than 32 feet at any point on the property measured perpendicular to the flow of traffic accessing the driveway. There shall only be 1 curb cut for any driveway on a single-family residential lot in the Village. All driveways shall be paved with concrete, asphalt or bricks. Sidewalks shall be no greater than 4 feet in width. All sidewalks shall be paved with concrete, asphalt, brick, stone or wood. The location of driveways and sidewalks on any lot shall be subject to the approval process contained in § 150.09 of this chapter and the approval of the Village.
