§ 133.06 REMOVAL OF SAND OR GRAVEL FROM BEACH OR STREETS.

No person shall take, haul, carry away, or remove any sand or gravel or any material containing either sand or gravel, or both, off of or from any public beach, park, street, avenue, alley or highway in the village.
