§ 133.05 DIGGING SOD WITHOUT OWNER'S CONSENT.

No person shall dig, cut or remove any sod or earth from any street or other public place within the village without a permit from the village official in charge of such property, or from any premises not his own without the consent of the owner or person in control thereof.
