(A) It shall be unlawful to enter upon the land, buildings or premises of another after receiving, immediately prior to such entry, notice from the owner or occupant thereof or their duly authorized agent, that such entry is forbidden, and it shall be unlawful to remain upon the lands, building or premises of another after receiving notice from the owner, his designated agent, the occupant thereof or security personnel, to depart therefrom.
(B) A person shall be deemed to have received notice aforementioned from such owner, occupant, agent or security personnel within the meaning of the preceding division if such person has been notified personally, either orally or in writing, or if by printed or written notice forbidding such entry, a notice has been conspicuously posted or exhibited at the main entrance to such land or forbidden part thereof.
