§ 131.20 USE OF PUBLIC PROPERTY FOR AMUSEMENTS.

No person shall conduct or carry on any amusement or activity upon the public sidewalks, streets or municipal property within the village except pursuant to a permit therefor issued by the village in accordance with applicable ordinances.
