§ 131.16 OBSTRUCTION OF STREET OR SIDEWALK.

No person shall engage in any game, sport or amusement, or exhibit any machine, show or animal, or indulge in any acrobatic feats, or do anything else in the streets or upon the sidewalks which shall collect any crowd of persons so as to interfere with the passage of vehicles or persons along the streets or sidewalks.
