§ 131.11 PERMITTING UNLAWFUL ASSEMBLAGE ON PREMISES.

No person shall knowingly suffer or permit any assemblage for the purpose of committing any unlawful act or breach of the peace, or any riotous, offensive or disorderly conduct, in or upon premises owned or occupied by him, or under his control, within the village.
