§ 116.267 TAXICAB; A PUBLIC CONVEYANCE.
No owner or driver of any licensed taxicab shall refuse to transport any person or property when requested and when the price is tendered in advance at the rates filed with the village, or provided for by the village, unless otherwise engaged or if applicant is not in a fit physical condition. No driver shall attempt to make anyone employ him or his vehicle by any false statement or representation of the place or time of arrival or departure of any public conveyance.
