§ 116.261 SEMIANNUAL INSPECTIONS.
No motor vehicle shall be operated as a taxicab unless the vehicle is inspected and approved semiannually in April and October of each and every year at an official testing station established under a permit from the department of public works and buildings of the state of Illinois.
