No person shall operate any taxicab within the village without first obtaining a license to do so in accordance with the provisions of this subchapter and Chapter 110. Application for the license shall be made in writing and filed with the Village Collector stating:
(A) The full name and address of the owner.
(B) The make and type of vehicle to be used.
(C) The factory number thereof.
(D) The state license number thereof.
(E) The seating capacity thereof according to its trade rating.
(F) The length of time the vehicle has been in use.
(C) The horsepower thereof.
(H) The village vehicle license number thereof.
(I) Color scheme of cab used by the operator.
