§ 116.233 HEALTH CERTIFICATE.

Prior to applying for a license to conduct the business of a tattooer, the applicant shall obtain a health certificate from a licensed physician. A health certificate shall be issued only upon a finding of a licensed physician that the applicant is in good health and free from any communicable disease.
